Thanks for wasting my time and money

If I knew the Bluetooth app would be this buggy I would have never shelled out the extra cash for the top of the line oral b black 7000 brush. Because the app spontaneously decides to delete my data whenever it feels like it, all the record keeping for brushing flossing rinsing etc is all screwed up. I dont need a stupid app to take sloppy records then delete them later for no reason.
Thanks P&G for ripping me off, taking my hard earned money and selling me this garbage app that doesnt work right. When I called and complained, they sent me coupons to buy more of their products with minimal savings....Really? How about keep your coupons and fix the friggin problem? Im tired of complaining about this but I will continue to write reviews about this until they fix this problem....this is not right. A toothbrush that costs $200 should work as advertised. FIX THE APP, AT LEAST ALLOW USERS TO EDIT DATA BECAUSE THE APP IS TOO DUMB TO DO IT RIGHT.
