I wanted the English version of the app (which it should be by default) and because Im currently located in Germany I get the German version with no option to change languages. This feature should be in the very first version. Please add this feature asap please.

I love this app! Its really helpful, and can keep you accountable to taking care of your teeth. Highly recommend to the braces community. Good Job!!

Annoying to have to delete my kids sessions from the activity tracking, but theyve been brushing much better since we started using.

I like watching my progress and if I have a challenge ongoing then Ill be more likely to brush two times a day. I brush longer than two minutes also if Im watching the timer just to raise my average. The news headlines are biased. I dont want to read about Muslims while brushing my teeth. I remember one morning swiping through each headline and it being about muslim refugees...

After the latest update, the toothbrush has no more 30 second vibration. This happened after I updated the latest version app and sync the data between the app and my toothbrush with Bluetooth. Please fix this bug.

Feed back submit function isnt working in the app. I would like to be able to add floss, tongue cleaning and mouth wash when I dont have the app open and Im syncing my toothbrush from a prior session. Thank you

This app is great for the timer, keeping up with your habits, and having achievements to keep you motivated. But its hard to get the achievements and to keep up with your habits when the app constantly changes everything! It adds in 2 extra brushings to my activity so almost every day looks like I brushed 4 times. It deletes my flossing, mouth washing, and tongue cleaning entries from certain days so now my streak has to start over. It was a nice app, but theres bugs that change my data so whats the point of using the app if it wont keep everything correct? Its a huge disappointment coming from Oral B.

The application is not bad but to loose all his streaks after 96 days is not acceptable. It happened just like that and is certainly due to a bug. You should better test your application!! By the way it happened also to my partner, maybe because of the summer time change?

I download the app in the english store and when I open it, it diaplays in German!!! My phone is in English so why change to German and you dont give me a way to switch the language... Unusable app :/

Tried pairing Bluetooth between black7000 and iPhone 5s and iPad Air2 Bluetooth enabled. Nothing works.

Ok so this is currently the best toothbrush I have owned from a teeth cleaning perspective. That being said the app is terrible. It forgets it has synced the last session constantly, doubling up my brushing time, adding extra sessions to days. How can you get a good history of your tooth cleaning activities if the app does not work well? I rate the app 1 star and the brush 5 stars giving this review a 3 average.

Please improve this app. Read some of the reviews youre getting.

I’ve been using the App with my 7000 Pro for about 2+ months now and love it. Works absolutely 100%. Well done!

When I got my braces on, my orthodontist said to brush in a particular way. This app does not support bushing this way. Okay, thats fine because you can add a custom timer. There is a braces mode, but it doesnt take into account the special way you are supposed to brush with braces. The setup for this braces feature is also very confusing ("what do your braces look like today"). No manual entry of brushing, flossing or rinsing times. So if I brush my teeth before breakfast and use mouthwash after breakfast, theres no way to enter that I rinsed. This app is plagued by little annoyances and bugs. It wont save the correct reminder time for brush head replacement, for example. And it would be nice if there was an online syncing option, similar to Fitbit. All in all, get the app if you have a compatible toothbrush, but dont base your toothbrush buying decision on whether or not it supports the app.

I listen to music through my phone speaker when I brush my teeth. It would be nice if the song didnt keep pausing randomly throughout the two minute session. My request is that you enhance the music playing so it is not so buggy in a future update.

The floss streak keeps resetting to 8 days even though I complete it every day.

I love the idea of this app, but without *any* way of managing multiple users, it returns completely useless data. It shouldnt be that hard to set up a system that could work for multiple users.
