Id like to have a battery indicator. It is very frustrating when in the middle of brushing my teeth it runs out of battery...

Ive been using the app since May 2015. Works great most if the time, but when I look at my overall activity it is showing in May that I only brushed, no tongue cleaning, flossing, or rinsing. Lost those records somewhere! As someone else mentioned it stops periodical while Im brushing and then frowns at me for not brushing long enough. It was great to send to my dentist in October to show my activity. And yea!!! No cavities!

When I bought the tooth brush I thought, "wow, it has its own app". It does have its own app, but it is really difficult to use. My advice to P&G is to do a study with people who actually use the product, get constructive feedback and then fix the product. This turning out to be a bad investment. I lost my last Braun that came with a clock and counter -- that worked like a charm. This doesnt at all.

This app would be 5 stars if it let me export a CSV with data about each session. The current PDF just doesnt cut it. CSV is so easy, Im sure it can be implemented with very little effort.

Its really good, except it looses connection so it cuts the timer in half often. It doesnt matter in the long run, but Id like the ability to edit my times. Good app.

After my deep cleaning, my dentist hygienist gave me this electric toothbrush and told me about the app. Now I am happy how my oral health is getting better.

I love the app and it encourages you to brush more. Love the cute smiles and encouragement signs. Sure would like more who wouldnt but this is free. Thanks

Whether Ive done a full two minute long brush or a shorter brush, the app doesnt seem to let me log brushing my tongue or flossing and its always grayed out in the app, so I cant manually add it either. Whats the point in having a section for this in gray if we cant use/log activity when the app clearly has a bug/doesnt ask users if theyve flossed or brushed their tongue after the brush? So weird and annoying.

For my day to day use I love the app. However, once every 5-20 days, it loses all my tongue cleaning, flossing and rinsing data. Flossing is a habit that easy to break for me, so having record of so many days get broken because the app lost my data is very discouraging

It has everything I need and then more.

In the beginning, I loved this app when I first started using it. But, there are too many times when it doesnt sync with the toothbrush. I would always have to delete the app and re-install. I have done that about 4 times since I brought it last October. When it works, its great. I like the fact it Kees track of how often you brush, floss and rinse. If it worked consistently, I would give it 5 stars. But for now, I can only give it 2-3 stars!

I put a 1 star so the devs would see. Ill remove it after the fix. Every morning and evening I floss and clean my tongue, but then about a week later it begins deleting all of those tongue and flossing sessions and saying that i skipped them! What??? My average just keeps going down because it keeps deleting my sessions. Please fix. Also, add the feature to manually add flossing and tongue cleaning on sessions that are synced.

The brush timer end before bushing session ends. This has only happened for the past two days (evening). Everything else appears to be working fine.

It is motivating me to brush more. But how do you turn the stupid sounds off? It makes noises when you reach achievements. This morning those sounds woke my sleeping wife. I can find no way to run them off other than turning the volume down on the phone. It would also be nice to add things like flossing or mouthwash to an entry after the fact.

Although Im good about brushing, flossing, and rinsing, I love this app! Its like having my own fun sticker chart for oral hygiene.

Notifications to brush teeth doesnt work, even though Ive enabled them in both the app settings and apple settings to allow notifications.

In the middle of brushing the app suddenly thinks I have stopped brushing. Has been happening every session.

Nice to keep track but wish I could edit session. Several times I accidentally hit skip on floss or tongue cleaning and being very picky it annoys me that my numbers are not perfect. Also sure it is great to have the app show news and stuff but someone needs to show me how to brush looking down at my phone and not drip spit all over the place.

If I knew the Bluetooth app would be this buggy I would have never shelled out the extra cash for the top of the line oral b black 7000 brush. Because the app spontaneously decides to delete my data whenever it feels like it, all the record keeping for brushing flossing rinsing etc is all screwed up. I dont need a stupid app to take sloppy records then delete them later for no reason. Thanks P&G for ripping me off, taking my hard earned money and selling me this garbage app that doesnt work right. When I called and complained, they sent me coupons to buy more of their products with minimal savings....Really? How about keep your coupons and fix the friggin problem? Im tired of complaining about this but I will continue to write reviews about this until they fix this problem....this is not right. A toothbrush that costs $200 should work as advertised. FIX THE APP, AT LEAST ALLOW USERS TO EDIT DATA BECAUSE THE APP IS TOO DUMB TO DO IT RIGHT.

I actually enjoyed the app when I first got it. At first I thought it would be kind of weird having an app to track my brushing. However I found that I did a much better job of brushing and flossing more frequently. After about two weeks of use the brushing history data was lost. The system will work great for about two weeks and then it will loose some data. This has happened to me four times now. This is very frustrating if you are trying to meet a challenge such as 30 days of flossing without missing a day. In addition there is no way to go back and manually edit the data to correct it. Do not pay extra for a Bluetooth toothbrush until they correct this problem.
